Any quotes provided (online, by email, phone, or in person) are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if conditions are different than described.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us (by email, text, or phone) and we schedule a service date and time.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including access to outdoor water and electrical outlets if required.

You agree to:
- Ensure all doors and windows are closed and sealed in the service area.
- Move or protect items that could be damaged by water or cleaning solutions (such as outdoor furniture, decorations, or electrical items), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Inform us of any known defects or concerns, including loose siding, damaged surfaces, leaking windows, or other conditions that could affect the service.
You acknowledge that power washing may reveal pre-existing damage or wear (such as peeling paint, rot, cracks, or staining) that was not visible before cleaning.

You authorize us to use on-site water and, if necessary, electrical power to perform the services.
If water or power is not available at the scheduled time, we may reschedule and may charge a fee for lost time or travel.
Because power washing depends on weather, we may reschedule or delay services due to rain, storms, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.

Pricing and payment terms will be communicated in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of the service.
We may accept various payment methods (such as cash, check, or card) and may charge a processing fee for certain methods.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We may charge a cancellation or trip fee for last-minute cancellations or if we arrive and cannot perform the work due to conditions under your control.

WishWashPowerWash aims to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about the work, you agree to contact us within a reasonable time so we can review and, if appropriate, address the issue.
Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not provide guarantees beyond those required by law. Any product warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturer of the cleaning products or equipment.
Some staining, discoloration, or oxidation may not be fully removable by power washing; you acknowledge that results can vary depending on surface condition and history.

Reasonable care is taken while performing services, but you acknowledge that:
- Pre-existing defects, age, and condition of materials can affect how surfaces respond to cleaning.
- High-pressure or soft-wash methods may expose or highlight damage that was previously hidden.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WishWashPowerWash is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, loose materials, failing paint, or structural issues.
- Damage resulting from conditions you did not disclose (such as compromised siding, leaking windows, or faulty seals).
Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different amount is required by law.

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to WishWashPowerWash and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
